Island Holiday

Water Sports

Santo affords  lots of opportunity to enjoy the water, from taking a dip  off your own private beach to  deep sea fishing and yachting charters.

Snorkelling

Snorkel on the beautiful coral gardens on the home reef just metres from the shore right in front of your villa. Mask, snorkel and fins are provided. If you are lucky you might see a turtle.

Million Dollar point is also an interesting place to snorkel if you enjoy war paraphernalia. The Americans dumped all there war surplus items in the ocean, quite close to the beach, at the end of the war when they departed Luganville.

Kayak

Paddle along the coast and search for the Dugong that can regularly be seen feeding on the sea grass, sometimes with baby along. The retreat provides kayaks for your enjoyment. If you are fit and adventurous, a great outing is to paddle to Oyster island for breakfast or lunch and then continue up the river to one of Santo's amazing blue holes.

Scuba Diving

As well as the incredibly rich and varied corals, fish, canyons, caves and swim throughs that can be experienced on reef dives around Santo there is a plethora of interesting wreck dives and war memorabilia to be seen, the most famous being The President Coolidge, the largest most accessible wreck dive in the world .
