Further afield in Luganville (fifteen kilometers) is a wonderful French Restauraunt for fine dining and a Japanese Restaurant with authentic Japanese dishes. Most resorts in Luganville and surrounds welcome visitors and there is always something happening from curry nights to music jams.
If you are a football fanatic do not worry, Lope Lope, just two minutes down the road, has a big screen and features all the games.
